Polaris;
Refers to the Open-Source version of Polaris, developed by Colon, which can be found on Github.
The Hoster;
Refers to YAGPD.ovh, who hosts a Discord Bot, that runs the Open-Source version of Polaris.

Below, we outline the Terms of Service:
  1. Compliance with Legal and Discord Policies
    Users are strictly prohibited from using the bot for any illegal activities or in violation of Discord's Terms of Service.
  2. Service Availability
    While every effort is made to maintain consistent uptime, the bot may go offline or be shut down at any time without prior notice.
    We strive to minimize disruptions and maintain transparency regarding any outages or service changes.
  3. Data Management
    The Hoster reserves the right to modify, wipe, or utilize server data as deemed necessary.
    This may occur for reasons such as maintenance, policy enforcement, or other operational needs.
  4. Responsible Use
    Servers found to be using the bot irresponsibly or inappropriately may face restrictions, including but not limited to, a ban from certain features or a complete suspension of service.
  5. Disclaimer of Warranty
    Polaris is provided by The Hoster on an "as is" basis without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied.
    The Hoster makes no guarantees regarding the functionality, availability, or performance of the bot.
    Users acknowledge that the bot may experience downtime, bugs, or errors, and there is no assurance that it will operate without interruption or error.
  6. Support and Inquiries
    For any questions, concerns, or feedback, users are encouraged to contact The Hoster through the YAGPD.ovh Discord Server.
    Users acknowledge that The Hoster is not the Developer of Polaris, and as such, may not be able to add features or update existing features.
    Users may ask about additional features on the Official Support Server of the Developer of Polaris.
